Public Offer
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. The following terms and definitions apply in this Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer):
- Contractor: Individual Entrepreneur T. I. Ganya, a legal entity registered at 51 Bakeevo Street, Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Region, 141551, offering services/goods in accordance with this Offer.
- Client: any individual or legal entity that has accepted this Offer.
- Website: an online resource located at https://16pin.ru containing information about the Contractor's services/goods.
- Offer: the Contractor's public offer to an indefinite number of persons to enter into an agreement under the terms and conditions set forth herein. - Acceptance: the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer by registering on the Website, placing an order, or paying for services/goods.
- Order: the result of the provision of services or delivery of goods by the Contractor at the Client's request.
1.2. Terms not defined in paragraph 1.1 shall have the meanings established by law and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This Offer is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains all the essential terms of the contract.
2.2. Information about services/goods posted on the Website is for reference only. The Client may request additional information from the Contractor at www16pin@yandex.ru.
2.3. The Contractor reserves the right to engage third parties to fulfill its obligations under the contract without the Client's prior consent.
2.4. This agreement is an adhesion agreement. The Client accepts the terms of the Offer in full, without reservation.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with the following services/goods:
- Sale of goods through the online store;
3.2. The Client undertakes to accept and pay for services/goods in the manner provided for in this Offer.
4. Acceptance Procedure
4.1. Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to be the Client's performance of one of the following actions:
- Registration on the website https://16pin.ru;
- Placing an order or subscription;
- Payment for services/goods.
4.2. Acceptance of the Offer constitutes the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms.
4.3. The Contractor reserves the right to revoke the Offer at any time by posting a corresponding notice on the Website.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment for services/goods is made under the following terms:
- Prepayment of 100% of the cost before services are rendered/goods are delivered;
- Postpayment within the period specified on the website https://16pin.ru, after services are rendered/goods are delivered;
- Refunds are possible in accordance with the return policy published on the website https://16pin.ru;
5.2. Payments are made in the currency specified on the website, through available payment systems. The Contractor is not responsible for payment system fees.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. Obligations of the Contractor:
- Provide services or deliver goods within the specified timeframe;
- Guarantee that goods/services meet the stated quality in accordance with the law;
- Maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Client, except as otherwise required by law;
6.2. Client Responsibilities:
- Pay for services/goods in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of the Offer;
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the agreement;
- Comply with the terms of use of services/goods published on the website https://16pin.ru;
7. Term of Agreement
7.1. The Agreement is valid indefinitely until terminated by either party in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Offer.
7.2. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend performance of obligations if the Client violates the terms of the Offer until the violation is rectified.
8. Termination of Agreement
8.1. Either party has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, subject to the terms of the Offer.
8.3. Upon termination of the Agreement, funds paid by the Client are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law.
9. Liability of the Parties
9.1. The Contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services/goods, except in cases of intentional violation.
9.2. The parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, military action, changes in legislation, etc.).
9.3. The Client is responsible for any violation of the terms of the Offer, including providing false information or violating the rules for using the services.
9.4. The Contractor is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties, including payment systems or suppliers.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. This Offer is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
13.2. All notifications should be sent to www16pin@yandex.ru or via the website https://16pin.ru.
13.3. The Offer shall enter into force from the moment it is posted on the website and is valid until revoked by the Contractor.
13.4. In case of any contradiction between the Offer and other documents, the latter shall take precedence.
