PICkit 3 Debug Express (PG164130) is an in-circuit programmer/debugger for developing and debugging applications using PIC® microcontrollers with support for low-voltage families. The PICkit3 programmer enables in-circuit programming of virtually all Microsoft Flash microcontrollers. Supported microcontrollers include: PIC10, PIC12, PIC16, PIC18, PIC24, PIC32, dsPIC30, and dsPIC33, except for those specified in the MPLAB environment. Distinguishing features:
